How is sowing carried out:

  1. Seeds are sown from late February to early March. 60-65 days should pass before planting in the greenhouse.
  2. To increase germination, it is recommended to keep the seeds in the growth stimulator solution for 12 hours.
  3. The soil for germination is loose and nutritious; a mixture of garden, turf soil and humus is suitable. It is recommended to disinfect the soil of self-preparation with a solution of potassium permanganate.
  4. Small boxes are filled with a drainage layer and nutrient soil.
  5. The seeds are buried 1.5 cm and sprinkled with earth.
  6. The soil is moistened with a spray bottle, otherwise the water jet will deepen the seeds.
  7. So that they germinate, the boxes are covered with foil and placed in a dark place.
  8. With the appearance of sprouts, the shelter is removed, the seedlings are transferred to a warm and bright place. The optimum temperature for development is 25 degrees Celsius.
  9. Seedlings need regular watering. It is better to apply moisture with a spray bottle.
  10. The pick is carried out according to the standard rules, when two true leaves appear at the sprouts.
  11. After transplanting, the hybrid can be fed with a liquid tomato complex.

By the time of planting on the site, the sprouts should get stronger. They can only be transplanted into warm soil. The approximate date is mid or late May.

Flowering tomato

The soil in the greenhouse is prepared in advance: it is dug up and enriched with humus. If other tomatoes grew on the territory earlier, it is recommended to replace the topsoil so that the new tomatoes do not get sick. A preventive measure before planting plants is watering the soil with a weak solution of potassium permanganate or copper sulfate.

Advice
The crop rotation rule will protect plantings from disease. Tomatoes grow well after legumes, cabbage, carrots.

In the greenhouse, an interval of at least 60 cm is observed between the plants so that they do not shade each other.

Greenhouse care

When planted in open ground, a tomato may not live up to expectations: the hybrid is poorly adapted to normal natural conditions, and easily dies from a prolonged cold snap. In warm regions, the hybrid feels good in open areas, but the best yield is still observed in greenhouse conditions.

How to properly care for bushes in a greenhouse:

  1. To maximize yields and ensure comfortable growth, bushes need to be formed... Tomatoes are grown in 1-2 stems, sometimes 3-4. To prevent the plants from shading each other, you need to constantly remove unnecessary stepsons and leaves. The stems are fixed on supports, since they sag to the ground under the weight of the tomato brushes. It is recommended to tie the shoot immediately after planting in the greenhouse.
  2. Watering is moderate. Like other greenhouse tomatoes, Pink Paradise is sensitive to high humidity, which reduces yields. But the lack of water is also destructive: such plants develop more slowly. Moisture is introduced in the morning once a week. Water for irrigation is strictly warm.
  3. The feeding rules are also standard: 3-4 procedures per season with an emphasis on potassium-phosphorus complexes. Phosphorus is essential for healthy root nutrition. Potassium is responsible for the taste of the fruit.
  4. Disease prevention mandatory even for strong varieties like Pink Paradise. It is useful to spray young plantings and even seedlings with a solution of the drug "Fitosporin". Before the beginning of fruiting, the soil is treated with fungicides. The preparations are introduced into wet soil.
  5. Do not forget about loosening, the soil should not be allowed to dry out and crack.
  6. Greenhouse plantings must be ventilated so that moisture does not stagnate, creating favorable conditions for the development of diseases.

Reviews

Until a few years ago, the seeds of this hybrid were difficult to find. Today our gardening market is not deprived of a novelty. What reviews did the Japanese guest collect from Russian gardeners:

  1. Pink Paradise tomatoes have a beautiful, very intense raspberry hue and excellent taste. We made mashed potatoes and juice - it turned out unusual. For salting - not the best option, but all the fruits were quickly eaten fresh.
  2. Planted in a greenhouse: the bushes do not get sick, they bear fruit stably and amicably.
  3. These are the best pink tomatoes - fleshy, juicy, do not crack and have a long shelf life.
  4. Despite the high price for hybrid tomatoes, we decided to buy and did not lose: all the purchased seeds sprouted. The bushes are very tall, some effort is required to form and prevent disease. The fruit can also be removed in an immature form - it comes indoors.
  5. All tomatoes are equal. Great option for sale.

Pink Paradise is recognized as one of the best pink tomato varieties. The hybrid has not yet been included in the State Register of the Russian Federation, but has earned a lot of praise from Russian summer residents. Try to diversify the vegetable menu: both beginners and experienced gardeners will like these tomatoes.
